About the Suburban Fork Pop Up Dinner Series:
Owner of Red’s Catering and Innovation Foods as well as, lifelong member of the Community Tom Lane wanted to start a program infusing food with locally run community programs to help enrich the lives of citizens as well bring awareness to the great programs the City of Twinsburg offers thus, Suburban Fork was born.

Suburban Fork Pop-Up Dinner No. 1 / June 11, 2015
The Event: Suburban Fork Pop Up Dinner no. 1 is the kickoff event for the 2015 dinner series. Partnered with The Twinsburg Parks and Rec, the goal is to help raise awareness about the Twinsburg Farmers’ Market while promoting local farms, vendors and artisan good found throughout the community.
The Menu: 4 course dinner featuring hand selected produce and meats from local farms and the vendors of the Twinsburg Farmers’ Market. More details to come. Vegetarian menu will be available.
